Terms & Cancellation Policy

Flexible Rate

For reservations of up to 30 days:

• Free cancellation or modification is allowed up to 15 days prior to check-in.
• For bookings made less than 15 days before check-in, free cancellation or modification is allowed within 48 hours after the booking is made, provided that the cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before check-in.
• After the above free cancellation periods, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged, and all fees, including cleaning fees, are non-refundable.
• Date modifications are not permitted after the free cancellation period has expired.

Non-Refundable Rate

• The total amount of the reservation is charged at the time of booking.
• In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, no refund will be provided.
• Date changes are not permitted under this rate.

Extenuating Circumstances

We may be able to provide a refund if a cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control. This policy applies only to events occurring before the official check-in date.

Covered circumstances include:

• Death of a guest or an immediate family member
• Unexpected serious illness or injury affecting a member of the traveling party (COVID-19 infection is excluded)
• Government-mandated obligations, including jury duty, travel restrictions, court appearances, or military deployment
• Transportation disruptions that make it impossible to reach the destination (e.g. road closures or flight cancellations with no reasonable alternatives), including those caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes or severe storms
• Safety or security advisories issued for the property location
• Essential utility outages affecting the property location
• Changes to visa or passport requirements that make travel impossible (excluding lost or expired documents)

In all cases, supporting documentation will be required.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the cancellation.
